Sahuarita Unified School District will be hosting a Sports Physical Fair for all middle school and high school students planning to participate in athletics or activities during the upcoming school year!
Date: Monday, June 15th
Time: 5:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Location: Walden Grove High School Gymnasium
Meets the requirement for all SUSD MS/HS sports and activities
Any minor must be accompanied by a parent/guardian
Cost:
$20 per athlete if signed up ahead of time
$40 for walk-ins
CASH ONLY — No debit/credit cards accepted
What to Bring:
• Completed physical packet with all parent forms and medical history completed
• Cash payment for the physical
